Delivery and reception

Products ordered by the Buyer under these terms will be delivered to the address specified by the Buyer as the delivery address on the order (the “Delivery Address”).

The sales contract is concluded when the buyer confirms the order by clicking on the "Confirm payment" button. We consider that the buyer has fully accepted the content, the order terms and especially these terms, that the order entails an obligation to pay the amount for the selected product and that the buyer approves the prices, content, properties, quantities and delivery time of the products sold and ordered.

AlbaziOud cannot guarantee that the information stated on the products' packaging is translated into all languages in the EU. However, this information is available at least in Arabic and/or English.

When will I receive my package?

When your order is shipped, you will always receive an email containing a tracking link so you can easily track your package.

Can I change/cancel my Order?

We cannot adjust an order that has already been placed (sent).

If your order has not been sent yet, we can try to cancel it. Please contact us directly if you would like us to try to cancel your order.

If you have purchased your products at AlbaziOud and for some reason regretted it, you can return your products no later than 14 days after you received them. You are then responsible for the shipping costs yourself. For the return to be approved, the products must be unopened and unused. Attach the order number and reason for the return in your package. Once we have received your return and approved it, we will refund you for the returned products, using the same payment method you chose. It can take between 4-14 working days. If it is not approved, you will receive an email regarding this.

We recommend that you send your package by registered mail and save the tracking number. AlbaziOud is not responsible for lost returns.

Deliverytime

Delivery with Postnord takes between 2-7 working days. Track your package with Postnord!

During periods with a higher pressure or on red days, your order may have a day longer delivery time. Now due to Covid-19, delivery times may be longer.

Once your package has arrived at the selected delivery address, you will also receive an SMS notification.
